ATM card got blocked!!

My andhra bank card got blocked.When I am sending money to someone it was showing ’bank account got block or frozen(YE).Pls help dimers my money got stucked pls help.This problem was from 5 days so what can I do.

Public sector bank, nothing will happen just by contacting cc. Have to personally visit the branch.
Go to bank withdraw all money with cash slip and open a new account with a good bank
Use upi to transfer money

No banks hv a permission to blocked card without customer permission.. some time the card no. Is mismatched means other person card no. Is giving to other person .. in this case when bank seen this fault they Immediately blocked both person card and they call the person and they reissue a new card to both person.. and they inform both customer..but maybe in ur case ur mobile no. Registered in bank account is expired or u not used it.. Visit bank
Have to tried calling CC?? If online net banking availabe to u go and login. See under cards section
