It seems to be graphics driver issue. Reboot into win 10 safe mode, and try reinstalling graphics drivers. Win 7 driver should also work.

Did this occur when u tried running chrome? Strangely I faced similar problem that whenever I ran chrome on my lappy. Reinstalling chrome alone didn’t help. I reinstalled intel graphics driver in safe mode but chrome still didn’t budge. Completely removing and reinstalling chrome after graphics driver install, finally solved the problem. Hope this helps.

I guess its not a windows 10 error, its related to device drivers
Got the same thing once or twice on my laptop which always had some kinda of problem with display driver
Never happened with my pc running winowds 10

@nurav If not tried earlier,try this in safe mode, watch 1st video for how to go in safe mode and then follow procedure mentioned in 2nd video
