I already given complaint to branch but branch manager did nothing except emailing to same customer care,
Even she don’t know how to do it

Contact Thier telephone support they ll help you…All bank staffs are noob.theu just knows update the passbook …how they get a job God knows…
There is no telephone support in IOB unfortunately
Bock that card and ask them to re-issue a new one.

1. whether your card is chip card or non chip card.
2. whether you are getting sms from bank on transactions debit/credit
if above two conditions are fulfilled :
only thing left to do are
(1) mobile number registration for online usage through IOB ATM (if they are having such facility in their ATM) and (2) register for VBV or rupay pay secure as per your card variant on relevant websiteyou will be definitely be able to use online after that.
even if you are not able to use card online then go for complaint through customer complaint/grievances portal of IOB
do not go for another card as you will be charged for new card which you should not bear .
as suggested by some other fellow members you write a complaint letter and make two copies and acknowledgement for bank officer/manager,
after doing so they will escalate the matter up the chain
if branch personnel says for new card tell them that i will not bear any such charges

My card was working fine, unfortunately I have done a small transaction on cursed mobikwik to check their vcc and IOB reported it as fraud transaction wallet disabled ,+ IOB debit card disabled,
1. My card is chip card
2.mobile number registered
I will write complaint again with acknowledgement copy
It appears to me like the problem of Verified by Visa or Secure code if Mastercard. Try to register from their site. Change secure code once.
No no already registered payment declines after successful 3d authentication
The problem is online transactions blocked due to suspicious transaction
Soon iob will be merged into a new bank along with 4 others
Should I wait till then?

Today my sbi visa dc stopped working..I tried 5-6 times since morning on multiple websites.
After filling up details, the transactions never reach bank site through gateway
Strangely this happens even on sbi’s own site https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollectho...tm
No OTP coming…Even before OTP the transaction gets failed.. What does this indicate?
This card worked fine till last week.
same with me, i think sbi blocked debit card usage on all sites to reduce competition.
Only way is switch to other bank.
Now sbi is working fine.. please check..
Probably they(system) disabled online usage after some suspicious transaction.
Give a written complaint in your branch and email that copy online to customer care.
Only enquiries don’t help, they know the issue but lazy.
Else spend little to get new debit card(charges apply)
