The company, earlier known as Reckitt Benckiser said the issue is not about the quality, as was suggested in some reports, but of lesser weight. “We will collaborate with the concerned authorities and do a thorough investigation to understand the alleged difference in the product weight of the sample,” a company spokesperson said.

Different newspapers have quoted the same comments contradictorily which is quite paradoxical.

Had you read DailyMail’s story on the same incident, it was clearly mentioned that “The sample of the soap was found to be sub-standard and also failed our standard laboratory tests.”

Not defending dettol
But standard laboratory tests include tests related to weight of the product.

May be ! But I am trying to make a point ki aisi reports aane ke baad demand for his products will be on all time high. People will start disbelieving in other products after seeing bad reports one after the other and in between he will try to convince people to buy his company made Patanjali products in the name of Swadeshi products ..
