Dimer's plz help OVERCART WORST SERVICE getting irritated

i had bought lumia 535 (refurbred) from them for Rs 4519 may 5/5/16 got it delivered on 16/5/16 ,
but the mobile had bright spots on screen so i requested a return they approved and initiated a pick up throug Ecom Exprss
But till today it has not been picked up . i had followed up with overcart cc and they kept on extending 48 hrs …sooso (now 14 days passed still telling another 48 hrs .

Here ecom and not overcart should be blamed for not pickingup product
