Does anybody facing the problem while downloading mains call letter of SBI clerical exam?

The thing is that, I have received an email and message that shows I’ve been shortlisted for main exam. But while logging in, it shows you have not qualified for main exam. Sent a mail to their helpdesk, but no reply yet.

Please let me know if there is/was any solution.
