Does MI Service Center allow LCD Change in customer presence?

My Redmi 7A’s LCD Broke.
The price at MI Website is 1600. Do you know:
1. If Service center guys allow replacing display in customer presence?
2. How much time does it take, approx?
3. How much is the service tax and labor charges, if any? It’s in warranty
