I used to book Redmi phones for some sellers and they used to provide some commission per phone.
But now one seller is threatening me that i took refund from amazon stating that parcel was empty 
He is asking me for proof, i don’t have any proof now because accounts are blocked.
Now, he is asking me to pay 6000rs, otherwise he will fill FIR.
Is that a TRAP? 
or i should pay him 6000. 
PS: Why should i pay 6000. I haven’t did anything wrong or have taken refund from amazon.

But still he hasn’t provided any proof.

A great dimer once said “The more risk you take, more profits u get by reselling n exploiting loopholes” and it is vice versa 
U can also say he has stolen ur phone. And then hacked ur account to take refund only do this if u have not taken refund in ur bank account by the way the seller was offline one or online?

Used to book 4-5 Redmi phones from 4-5 different accounts. So some accounts gets blocked after 6-7 days. Mainly, the issue is same IP

Just Because of people like u I didn’t get the redmi 4 16gb bought rn4 now.

FIR filed only for mobiles greater than 50000 very foolish
Say him do whatever he want and ask why he did not check when you handed him package or if it was delivered directly to his address, why he did not check infront of courier buy…
I am not a fan of re-selling but if I do then we give strict warnings to buyer like even if it comes with empty box we won’t be liable in any condition, this is what my father has told. The buyer always have option to check the package in front of our eyes…
If we re-sell using OLX:
Meet buyer >> Ask him for money >> Then ask him to open package in front of my eyes >> And say we will be liable here only if it comes empty box and as buyer accepts the package >> we won’t be liable in any condition >> tell them strictly you and manufacturer would be liable for any defect or whatever….

He told me that you took refund from amazon stating box was empty. (Courier Office Manager told him that refund was issued for this parcel stating that parcel was empty)
But the parcel was delivered to him. So he was blaming me that you have taken refund from amazon stating box was empty. I think he was trying to rip me by making me fool.
PS: I M NOT A SELLER. Just ordered a phone for that guy on which he provided me some commission.
Ask him for proof, why he thinks that you have taken refund.
