I regret my decision of purchasing a Panasonic AC. Firstly on opening the box it was found by the engineer the Copper pipe fitting was missing, I had to pay from my pocket from the same. After installing engineer informs me that while shipping the company doesn’t fills the gas and engineer will come tomorrow and fill it up.
When the engineer arrives he informs, the compressor has a leakage. He will take to the service station, repair it and bring it back. how can a brand new AC have a leakage.
I am frustrated by calling you customer care no. these guys just listen and than transfer to escalation team which never picks up the phone. I am trying since last 5 hours.
I had purchased 2 ACs for in past from Flipkart & never faced any issue, but experience with PayTm has been worst.
