Just a suggestion for anyone who is planning to apply for credit card: Dont go for RBL Bank credit card. Its a daunting task to get their card closed + customer service sucks.
Thinking of closing their card. Any idea how to get it done quickly? Do they not heed to customers request for closure after complete payment of the outstanding amount?
