EBay help needed to purchase a product of 2090 Rs.

i purchase phone from ebay but some error coming and my money deducted( 9000 rs.) but didn’t placed order and didn’t get paisapay id

now what should i do ?

call to hdfc cust care and block this payment or call to ebay.in and request then to reverse my money ?

request a call back from ebay and tell what happened they’ll give ticket id and money will be refunded with in 7-10 days

called them they are saying its mising transaction and said wait for 72 hrs.

But ebay return n refund policy in case of any defect or problem is very painful..
I hv suffered many times..
