@rogerthat why bank employees are lazy, why they don’t answer queries and last not the least they have lack of knowledge about their products like cc and they give wrong information.
I have faced almost every-time when i have visited banks, so i have stopped visiting banks.
Once i was even planning to shoot a video on how bank employee reacted like fish market women and wanted to upload it on youtube. How banks keep such employes who does not have any decency and class, such people should sell fish in fish market and yell over there. It will suit them very well.

बैंक कर्मचारी प्रधानमंत्री के नाम से बनी बीमा योजनाओं को भी बेचने के लिए मजबूर किए जा रहे हैं. किसान को पता नहीं मगर उसके खाते से बीमा की रकम काटी जा रही है. इसका सीधा लाभ किसे हुआ? बीमा कंपनी को. बीमा कंपनी कहां तो इन कामों के लिए हज़ारों को रोज़गार देती मगर बैंकों के स्टाफ का ही ख़ून चूस कर अपनी पॉलिसी बेच गईं.

Hi I visited Kotak mahindra band as i am unable to do my KYC in 811 account . The officers tried but they also told me my account is blocked and unable to re open. . while calling custamer care , they told me visit branch they will help to reopen. but the officers of branch has no idea. any suggession?
that what i told, bankers are foolish and waste your time and energy. All bankers should be replaced by robots and machines, and no human should be employed in bank.
Also the manager told me to open Professinal savings accountwhich have no minimum balance , only need to give 25000 cheque and may bewithdrewan any time. Also they offered clasic debit cad which have no AMC all years/ or plattinum debit card which have AMC 250+gst second year onwords. I dont need platinum card. so have you any idea If the Professional savings account holders can opt for classic debit card and have no AMC for debit card lifetime?
the professional savings account is only for , teachers, lecturers, chartered accountats, archetects etc having morthean 25000 more salary
