What is the source of gift card ?
If you have not done any wrong they will reinstate the account. Talk to their customer care and find out what went wrong.
My account was banned few months ago, when I contacted them they said it was because of too many cancellations and returns in recent months. I explained the reasons and they were kind enough to reinstate my account.

write to flipkart, ask them what you did wrong & what unfair policies did you practice & tell them, if they cant explain, unblock your account. If they dont reply, write to them on twitter facebook, try to call them first on their 1800 number.

did you tell me that you have 1500 balance which is yours & not thries & they should aleast let you use your balance. Cabt keep your money, its against rbi guidelines. Even then if they dont listen, write to rbi, online consumer complaint, etc, dont have much idea about whom to write next.
You should rearch for similar topics here on desidime itself, many people have experience in this & can advise you.
