Flipkart blocked my account containing 27 k wallet money after i lodged a complain against them in consumer forum.
It had 27 K wallet money and now their customer support isn’t replying properly .

They are telling me to contact the original site of buying of the EGV for resolution.
And they will do nothing from their end .They will not unblock my account!.
Neither will they release the egv from blocked wallet !
THIS IS THE LEVEL OF FRAUD THAT THESE GUYS ARE CAPABLE OF COMMITTING!

No problem. u can file a new case against them.. Take a screenshot n other evidence n ask for mental harassment compensation n interest too

But this Flipchor is giving me undue mental stress that i dont want .
About filing a case we all know how that goes in india . I have neither the time or the mental strength to go through with it.
Therefore trying if social media harrasment would help.
Its a rather large amount otherwise i would have just let it go.

Any Reason They Gave For Blocking?
So the whole story is that i was trying to return a item which as wrong in size and the flipkart didnt bother to collect it and Kept cancelling my refund request . On further taking this up with customer support they replied that the wishmaster reported that the item to be collected was different and request was cancelled though product was not even tried to be picked up!
I also created a complaint on consumer forum regarding flipkart.
And day after the item was picked and refund issued only for them to block the account next day saying too many returns on my account !!
flipkart does this, you give negative rating or any complaints against them and they block your account. They will also block any future accounts by you as well.
They take the terms, Their right to serve seriously.. Actually only company I have seen doing it. Been kicked out and all that but never life time ban like FK..

If you have any ideas on how to approach this i would be more than thankful .
What should be done if you had purchased shoes from puma and go to nike for return issue. Same you had done.
And flipkart had just blocked your acc. Your money is safe as well . They haven’t steal yet .
Firstly you had already registered on CF . you will get answer for sure but it takes time in india. Don’t take any bad actions in hurry

Its been 6 days since they blocked my account and all they give is stupid escalation message and their customer associated are so helpless!!

As i know that your hard earned precious money is stucked with flipkart.
As per my opinion that i usually follows just as same i followed with some other online retail.
Just call to consumer forum and then call them and raise complaint with them after that mail the consumer forum complain number to the flipkart.
One dimer his account was blocked he just raised complaint in consumer forum after that within 1month flipkart supervisor himself called and apologize for what they done, and unblocked his account.

@panchabhut Thanks brother . But i am apprehensive of its applicability as flipkart gift card is a closed payment system and complaining to banking ombudsman requires it to be a semi closed or open system .
Though recourse through courts seems a plausible solution only problem is through consumer courts i would have to first give them a month to resolve the issue and even after complaining its a long road.

The grievance officer who called me was a illiterate moron .
And their costumer representatives are so rude in speaking and impatient !

It doesn’t take dimers few minutes too crash servers when a loot comes .
And few hours to trash the the customer service at every social media handle when a loot deal gets cancelled!

from where did u buy the egvs? if its genuine purchase then contact them with this issue..
The gift vouchers were purchased mainly from nearbuy and giftcardindia and are genuine .
I did contact giftcardindia but they didn’t give me any reply.
Also similar to me I found a complaint against flipkart for blocking someone account containing 4 k .
He contacted Woohoo they told him GV is redeemeed contact flipkart and flipkart keep saying contact original buyer .
And it even makes sense after selling the egv it’s the responsibility of the issuer of egv aka flipkart not the 3rd party selling .
And I utterly fail to understand why should I have to contact the merchant from where I bought the EGV to get any resolution for a mistake of flipkart . And since they were added to the wallet there is no way I could even use them on another account . On asking them to atleast delink the egv from wallet they refused to even do so.
They are just trying to shift the blame and in the process most of small fishes wouldn’t even bother to take it up further and let it go.
I don’t know how many more innocent people they trap .
Dimers need your support.
Tomorrow they might target you .
More than it being about the resolution it’s the waste of time and mental trauma a person has to suffer.
Really i have lost trust in fk..
Returned a laptop in oct 2018 received my refund in march 2019..

You can also give low rating for products you bought. It seems to get their goat that you don’t think highly of their service and products most likely they will call you to change the rating. Enough people do this maybe they will get a clue.

Now days all e-commerce site r very strict regarding exchange becoz ppl have LOOTED fk n amz like hell…
One straight qn how many return/exchange u have done till now???
Shouldn’t be more than 4-5 total exchanges/refund that too of generally low priced items generally for size related issues
The total refunds in terms of gross merchandise value shouldn’t be even 1 percent .
I don’t share my account . I don’t order mutiple xiomi phone or something for reselling.
There this ban was out of way .
And even if they ban me I just have the right to get my money back without facing so much harassment and trouble .
they have also blocked my account having around 350egift voucher added in it… reason they have given is i am reselling the phones…i have hardly ordered 3-4 phones in last one year… they are useless now …dont risk adding voucher in flipkart account…

Flipkart account is so risky.. So don’t add any amount on it.. Better to use cod or direct payment
