Hi Team,

It is very unfortunate that i am writing a mail you guys because of one fraud happen with me by you guys. Actually i bought a mobile phone model redmi 7s on 30 sep. Set was delivered on same day when i unbox the packet i found device missing. Seriously not expecting and today I am not using in flipkart account is blocked this from flip kart. Please help me out for this.

Flipkart service are the worst these days. The delivery boy made me suffer a lot.He never called me n I got the messages that i was not available at the address. When I called in Flipkart they assured to get my product delivered next day. And the next very day my order was cancelled. Wtf. I want my order, there was no negligence from my side.

I had ordered a Vivo Z1 Pro costing Rs 15999 ,on 24th october.
It was delivered on 25th october. On opening the sealed package, I was shocked to see a powerbank wrapped in a newspaper inside the box. Immediately I escalated the matter to Flipkart customer Care. They told me
Then it was 1st November,4th November, 8th November, 9th November and now 12th November.
I mean what nonsense is this? I’m facing continuous harassment due to the pathetic service provided by you people. I was a regular customer of Flipkart all through, but I guess that’s the end of it. Amazon provides much much better service than you all. I am in a really very urgent need of the phone. And what a brilliant scam you guys have been playing, sending powerbanks worth RS 500, in place of a phone, that too in a beautifully sealed pack. This has been going on for far too long now, the next step will be making this public , posting on Facebook and Twitter, and further suing Flipkart on a legal case. Your pathetic service, pathetic customer care executives should end. The moment your top leadership changed places, Flipkart has been going down the drain, and still continue to do so. I would still request you to look into the matter, as early as possible.

I have ordered an Thor keychain of combo pack of 2 keychains but after getting the shipment i was received only 1 keychain ( 1 item ) only so i have placed a request for the refund but up to till now i did not any kind of resoultion so i want my money refund . Hello,I am Pramod S Naik, a Flipkart Plus customer of yours from Bengaluru. It is with real concern that I am writing this mail to you again. It cannot happen a second time. I had written to you earlier in Mar 20 on non-receipt of my Realme 6 pro mobile phone (I am attaching a mail which shares the complete story of the same). This time, I ordered a Dell Vostro Core i3 10th Gen – (4 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) Vostro3491 Thin and Light Laptop (14 inch, Black, 1.66 kg, With MS Office) on 18th October 20 by paying full amount of Rs. 34,450/-. Though before ordering this, there was a delivery by 19th Oct 20, I missed saving a screenshot of the same. Hence, I cannot comment about that. Anyway,as per the order the delivery was promised by today i.e 24th Oct 20.This was one of the main reasons I bought from Flipkart as 24th i.etodays happens to be a festival day and a very auspicious day. I had an option of buying from paytm mall OR as well. However, trusting Flipkart, I decided to go with you people. However, I had a doubt when I studied the ratings of this seller – Retailnet after ordering which were quite less with a lot of complaints.Hence, I called up Flipkart helpline on 20th and they confirmed that the delivery will happen before 24th and even after requesting they told that it cannot be prioritised and delivered early.  No complaints given on the portal are answered.Problems started after that, the packing was supposed to be done on 23rd and when this did not happen till 23rd Oct 20 – 2 PM, I called up the helpline and after that in the evening the same was packed and dispatched toMother warehouse – Malur. This is where the problem starts. Since 23rd– 6 PM there was no movement till almost 4 PM of 24th Oct 20 i,etoday. Then, another problem – Today at 4.40 PM, the laptop is despatched butto the Airport Hub. I got a further doubt. All this while I was continuously calling Flipkart and requesting them for updates but absolutely not a single soul could be of any help. Worst nowadays, your front end team is disconnecting calls. I have given in the below table complete log of calls made and their observations, Sl. No Date & Time of call Spoken to Point discussed Solution offered 1 23rd October 20 – 2 PM Not remembering Confirmation of despatch of the product Product got despatched only after my call 2 24th October 20 – 10 AM Raja Shaw Laptop was lying in Mother warehouse in Malur since 23rd  Oct 20 – 6PM No solution offered 3 24th October 20 – 2 PM Kanwaljeet No update from anyone nor any changes in product status – Why? No solution offered 4 24th October 20 – 6.40 PM Saifuddin No update from anyone nor any changes in product status – Why? No solution offered – He disconnected the call 5 24th October 20 – 7 PM Narendra No update from anyone nor any changes in product status – Why? No solution offered – He disconnected the call 6 24th October 20 – 7.15 PM Vikas No update from anyone nor any changes in product status – Why? No solution offered – He disconnected the call 7 24th October 20 – 7.30 PM Karan Sharma No update from anyone nor any changes in product status – Why? No solution offered – He disconnected the call and escalated to Senior team 8 24th October 20 – 8 PM Jagmohan (Senior Escalation) No action by any front end team Only assurances – No help or action. Only expressed helplessness. Confirmed that he will make it delivered by tomorrow evening and recommend compensation for the delay He also disconnected the call after speaking for 45 minutes abruptly  However,after the discussion with the Senior team, now the update in portal is that the delivery will happen by 26th Oct 20 i.e Monday. Simultaneously I have also received a mail saying the issue will be resolved by 29th Oct 20. Have you people stooped down to this level – 5 days for resolution when companies are committing resolution within hours. I have attached a few related files confirming my points stated above.I do not know why you people do not learn from mistakes and work on your back-end and support systems. Why are you making us the scapegoats. There are no consistencies in your practical status nor the system status. You are not transparent with customers and tell lies. Your front end team is useless with no updates and power. Your senior team members are hiding from customers and the front end team cannot solve our problems.
Important to note – Last time during the Realme 6 pro bad experience and this horrible experience, the product is getting delivered from Bengaluru to Bengaluru. Do you understand your performance – In the same city you cannot deliver in the promised time.
I am once again questioning – Is your business model tested? In my view it is a major failure
I humbly request you to deliver my laptop tomorrow i.e 25th Oct 20 under any circumstances and I demand compensation this time as you are delayed beyond your promised time and for me this is the second time.
What can I or should I do now?
Should I give a police complaint to Cyber cell Bengaluru?
Raise a complaint with the Central Government – Ministry of Information & Broadcasting?

I ordered Samsung Galaxy A71 on date 16th October , on 19th October i received my order but inside box instead of mobile phone I found two vim bars with mobile accessories. I immediately called flipkart customer care and told everything they said in 72 hours we will send you a mail and you have to submit your id proof but up to now they didn’t gave any response. Can you please help me to give me my mobile and returning vim bars .

I had ordered mobile on Flipkart and order got cancelled due to high demand…. But after 3 to 4 mothe suddenly 4 EMI got debited from ICICI Bank credit card account. … Then again 3 EMI got debited from account…. Approached to ICICi bank says collected by Flipkart and Flipkart executive says we are not charging any amount for canceled order but Money got debited from Credit card account for Mobile purchased…. Now whom should I approach … Plzzz suggest

flipkart cheated me and not refund my cash i purchased Aqua fresh SKYLND Model RO_UV_UF_TDS_Wit…Color: White,Blue Seller: Earthrosystem ₹4,499 on dt.21-10-2020, Order Id: OD119989221738470000 Order Date: 18-10-2020, 09:32 PM installation not done bcz seller demand high prize Rs.700/- and flipkart saying on website installation price is only Rs.100/-so installation not done on time, when I call customer care he told me you install third party at your own we will give refund Rs.400/- after this conversation we book installation on 05-11-2020 but we found product is defected water leakage product and old used product. I report to customer care on 06-11-20 they promised me to give refund after pickup the product, product picked dt. 29-11-20 but still I don’t receive any refund after one and half month ego, they are very claver after one month they picked the product. Now I call to customer care they saying seller not refund money. I m surprised what is going on filpkart ??? if I don’t receive my refund within week, I will go to consumer court. Bcz I m facing mental harassment last 1.5 month, every time I feel begging on customer care for my cash refund.

Flipkart is becoming worst day by day. I have ordered product and receiving different products. Many times I have faced this type of problem. If you don’t have stock of that product then why you taking order of that product. If we raise our problems you give us long process to refund.. bullshit with your service. Not satisfied with your solution….

Please ensure you call on phone3 and also pass the same number to Ecart.
I tried to send emails to ekart but unfortunately both Ekart email Id’s are not working. all emails from Ecart are bouncing back.
I did n’t see until now a single update on my Bluestar AC order status for the reason (Brach on 3 days), why it’s not delivered???? and also the mobile phone (not delivered today)
I didn’t see any message on Bluedart AC (while out for delivery on 7th Mar 2021) very disappointing. I’m spending almost 7 hrs a day with Flipkar to resolve this issue but unfortunately end up with no fix….pathetic services……..
I did receive a message for my mobile delivery today (received at 11:45am with pin), When I tried to call using my registered number (phone) call got disconnected, I Immediately called your contact Centre, your team has informed that courier agent number has been wiped in 10 minutes and status is failed to deliver….whose problem is this (is your courier person depends only on phone number not on address) the delivery address is in heart of the city , any one can find the home address…….Ekart is playing around with the phone and just calling before they leave (if not reachable) they wipe off the agent number immediately…………..
I’ve almost spent a lot of time from the past three days with these orders, frustrated with your services…Shame on you guys for making a client a fool for every order…..

Till now I didn’t see any update/rason from you (past three days) about bluestar AC….and now one more order (Mobile phone) issue started today and not delivered till now…..

What is your next plan of action?
Escalation was created three days ago but no response till now on update/rason?
How many times/days/weeks/months we have to follow up with you guys on these orders keeping our job aside?
How many days/weeks/months we need to stay at home, waiting for your delivery…..??
How many times/days/weeks/months/years do we have to write such emails to provide resolution?

Who will take the responsibility for this issue? FlipKart/Ekart/Client???
