Flipkart mobile complete buyer protection

while ordering Mobile in Flipkart, it shows.. complete buyer protection against screen, liquid damage, software/hardware issue.. for 99 with free pick up drop.
just wanted to know just for pick up drop they are charging 99 or.. all those mentioned issues they will do for free. any idea?
