they have return policy but they dont agree to it.
now i have escalated the issue.

Purchased Phone is REDMI NOTE 5 PRO Superb condition

now they assigned one technician at my place. he will check and confirm the return but as per there return policy they will provide same conditioned phone.

Pricing isn’t good at all. Purchased OnePlus One Unboxed from eBay.in 3 years ago with 6 months manufacturer warranty for less then what they’re offering on their website now.
