Flipkart now acting so weird * account blocked without returning GV *
guys on 12 August purchased Gift vouchers from some members @Roushh @sardasa @Stallion
with amount 4k , 2k and 5k respectively. i added all those vouchers in my account
yesterday fk blocked my account giving me reason that i used my account for not ordering items for personal use .
Customer care called me , i asked him to atleast give me gift vouchers back ,
but they gave me shi** y reply – if u purchased from Flipkart then only they can reissue me vouchers . If u purchased from 3rd party sites like Magicpin , then ask that site to reissue . 
Does that mean those vouchers which are purchased from magicpin are not related to Flipkart , if not then why they allowed me to add in my flipkart account , ?
They let me add all those vouchers and then blocked my account , wow 
Nice way to make fool of users and loot money ….

I too faced the same situation 5 months back sent around 20-30 emails , spoken with number of executives, no use we have to forget it

I don’t know , but if no other option works and you can’t lose money and have enough time, then you can chose Consumer Helpline.
Don’t know how useful it can be though.

Account was working perfectly. Placed an order for Honor phone at 968 or so. It was a loot. As expected it was cancelled. After 1 peaceful month, I decided to mail them why order was cancelled. And ta da! Got a response that your account is blocked coz U purchased things not intended for own use .
I remember you had bad experience with Flipkart even earlier…the. Why add so much money ..rather keep the gv code safe with you ( stop buying from other people as it forces you to add into account to check if the gv is working)
OP is a repeat offender. He has the maximum number of threads on dd about account getting blocked. Wondering how many million accounts he has with fk…
He must be doing a lot of illegal stuff…

First of all if u think ,you’ve not done anything wrong or suspicious activity nd ure really telling the truth that uve lost 15k due to the blocking of fk acc,then u have to lodge a complaint in consumer forum with valid proof or move one step forward by lodging a case in cybercell department, As the matter is of 15k and its a matter of urgency.
Isnt he same person complain about fk acc block again and again? So by pattern i see its not fk but this hacker boy have some issue..why they ban you btw? xd
Search his name in discussion.. i can see many serious issue patterns with him.. better avoid this guy.. maybe you can get in trouble also if deal with him for fk gv or any kind..he isnt doing anything normal or he isnt innocent to seek help..
3 or 4 times i found him asking for help on ban..or return. 3 4 times he bought fk gv..

babas flipkart wantedly blcoking vouchers and rotating money in the offers and selling vouchers. In this way they did in crores. plz go to consumer court and file cases in large number. u will get your money in the form of cheque with heavy compensation

Once you get ban, their explanation is, your purchase is not for personal use.
So, better not to add vouchers amd make ur purchases
Got call from their Supervisor and cce today , and i recorded the whole conversation , they are saying if u have purchased from us kindly contact us , if bought from magicpin so kindly ask magicpin to contact flipkart ,
i asked them to give me in written through email but they are not ready for that , nobody is saying we will give in written .

- mere account mein bina kisi dikkat ke apply bhi ho gaya
- Ab jo tumne account block kiya hai to mere apne paison se kharide GV bhi us account mein block hi pade hain, jo ki sirf tum log release kar sakte ho.
- Agar fraud check karni hai to accounts ki karo, orders ki karo, mereko koi dikkat na, par mere paise pehle mujhe wapas karo
- Tumhe tumhare orders ke paise pehle se mile hue hain, ye mera apna paisa hai jo na doge to tumhare naam pe personal case karunga aur tumhare company ke naam pe bhi.
T – Either send those amount to my bank or allow me some time to spend my money blocked in that bloody account. And keep on going with the investigations. I don’t have any issue there.

Bhai log…this matter is serious…if buying fk voucher from outside Flipkart is illegal then they fk should not have issued voucher at first from other platform….and secondly they shouldn’t allow it to get added to fk account…

What I’m thinking they can check who is owner of that fk gv.. after hecking its mismatch owner of gv with owner of acc.. the reason they are making mess.. all is just gess.. thats why they are asking u to contact magicpin..
I have seen that many like many people facing this problem why don’t you people do something in group and attack Flipkart (not danga) and please do not file online forum, offline forum is affecting than online

I fought for nearly 4 months, sent around 30 emails to grevience officer too, but no response , same copy paste response all the time, called n number of times, if GV bought from other websites, then we have to forget, its our karma, lost around 5000 mine too, and it might have expired as well.
Some people have got the account unblocked too bro…..
It’s social media Era u can even get a corrupt officer suspended (I have done so 
) with it if u have support of users it’s just a case of unblocking of account and flipkart must honor it

I suppose in these legal dealings @Roushh may be the most helpful to all such users who r willing to not loose their own money for such unethical practices of companies
If u guys be silent ur indirectly helping them promote to do the same again and again just raise voice help this @hackerboys and seed help from others too if ur one of the affected users
Never leave them for such unethics rather than just getting the stolen amount back ask them to even give a higher compensation for mental stress they have provided u, u have all the rights….
I have 550 rs in fk and 30 in phonepe.( Alreddy kyc expired). i must use all…who know i will aslo victim and start suffering like hackerboy.. xd

I have seen many people complaining about flipkart blocking their accounts for no reason and not returning their Gift card balance. Now thinking to use Flipkart pay later service and keep max. Outstanding amount available on average,if in case it happens with me i won’t have to regret 
Ps: Using fk and amazon from about 4-5 years. Never added any Gv in flipkart and around 2lakh+ Gvs in amazon
