How to get money back my money
I have not got any otp and message
But money deducted and went to bank to report the same fraud but there are saying transaction done by using otp and we are not responsible for your money
Please help how to get back to bank account
To whom I need file complaints(report to sbi customer care) but they are also saying we can not give assurance for your money

My self mitesh dhanjibhai prajapati. I have an account in sbi branch talod. Branch code is 060385.
18 june 8:48 pm suddenly my account had been debit some payment as GOOGLE PROXIMA BETA FROD 1948 rs debit .
But I’m gonna not use my debit card on 18 june 2019 so plz investigate me and tell me why my account payment is debit without any of my intimation.
Customer care told me your complaint is close and the case is at the ATM switch center as attached file.
Till date SBI, Talod has not replied to me for my complaint.
I also complained to the Cyber crime department as well as RBIagainst SBI bank . Attached report for your reference.
I hope the GOOGLE SUPPORT will reply to me.
Kindly do the needful urgently.

30/5/2020 has been automatically debited to my account, 2029 rupees have been automatically debited from my permit and this transition I refund my payment of my transition order, if not, then may cyber branch may complain on this website.
