Freecharge Add money Error

while trying to add money to wallet, I have been getting “We have encountered an error. Please try again later”.. 2 accounts same problem
So I opened a new account,, did min KYC and used a new card and everything new. Still facing same error.
Any solution to this problem? or why it even arises in the first place?
Freecharge CC is serious dumbos, they reply like robots.
