Freecharge promocode is not getting applied

Hi All,
i have 3 accounts with freecharge and i used to log out n login d accounts according to the offers received via mails/msgs. but since last some days, m not able to apply any promocode. not even get10 promocode, its giving an error that “due to suspecious activity promocode could not be applied”. i contacted customer care, they sd its bcoz of using multiple accounts in d same app this error is occurring.
plz suggest any alternatives to use promocodes.
tried chrome as well still not working.
tried using same acc without switching fr somedays even that dint work.
has anyone faced this issue before. Any solution to this?

It will work after few weeks…Avoid multiple device login and same number recharge in different account

not working for bill payments too… is there any problem
some time it happens try after some hr day or next time when you receive coupon email message

now all account specific codes valid ONLY on app, no more on web. so loot ended

- From next time, use Incognito Window for login if you have multiple ids.
- Try to change ip address, if you want to login multiple id’s, for each login. If you are using mobile data, you can do this by reconnecting the mobile data.

LOOT100 got applied successfully on app. No error/warning messages (like suspicious activity) But no cashback came
i have unused GOLD20 code but error showing exceeded on device, now no codes working on web, they are clever now
