Hi everyone,
Here is Paypal Live Chat support option, Everyone give your feedback for RuPay card support in paypal.
first login your paypal account,
Go to this link: https://www.paypal.com/in/smarthelp/cont...us
select “Payments” option >> “Send money” >> “How to send a payment” option
now scroll down, you get “Chat with us” option.
feedback or ask them when RuPay cards supported on local Paypal India merchant payments.
they will replied like “Currently we do not accept Rupay cards, however we will take it as a feedback and send it to the management so that it can be implemented sometime soon. But at this moment I am unable to confirm you the time by when we will start accepting Rupay cards.”
after live chat end, you will get feedback link,
go to feedback link, give ZERO rating for all questions & told them you cannot recommended paypal for your friends or colleagues because your all friends, family or colleagues have RuPay cards. they cannot use paypal because RuPay cards are not support on paypal.
and suggestion box also write same thing support RuPay cards on paypal India as soon as possible.

maybe but paypal walo ko tang kar do, jald se jald Rupay cards support k liye.
India me bina hungama kiye kabhi koi kam nhi hota ha. 
daily itne saare feedbacks aayega toh karna he parega Rupay cards accept.
I personally don’t like rupay
Visa/mastercard are same company now and charged upto5% on transactions. Now due to RuPay they have lowered rates to match Ru at less than 2%.. You may not like it but you end up paying less because of them.
Rupay Ki aur ek problem hai you can’t buy any subcription based products .
subcription based products means one time otp k baad automatic deduct hona ?
mera SBI ka Intouch RuPay debit card aise work krta ha.
otp le leta ha baad me money deduct hota ha, Amazon pe mera work krta ha aise auto reload par.
but ha baki mera BOI, PNB, paytm payments bank RuPay cards me nhi hota ha.
yeh sab chize banks decide krta ha, card network nhi.
card ki limit bhi kitna rakhna ha Banks decide krta ha.
card payment networks bas apna card provide krta ha. baki saar kam Bank ka hota ha.

all majority banks giving rupay cards.. hope paypal accepts soon 
yup. currently only RuPay International Ecommerce enabled card work on PayPal through “Discover card” payment network (only for International use).
All RuPay Credit cards enabled for International Ecommerce transactions.
This year (2019) NPCI planning to support more merchant on UPI & RuPay cards.
Also planing to launch more National Common Mobility Card (contactless RuPay card) & more banks to launch RuPay International Credit cards (including Axis, ICICI & SBI GE).
maybe after 50% CB offer ends ,paypal may support rupay cards
