Groceries and Pharmacy shops should be Open for 24 Hours to avoid congestion.

If India is going for these long lock-downs, then opening these shops is a necessity. But local government only allows to open these shops for 1-2 hours once in every three days.
Reality is that : Every Kirana store is operating with shutters closed. Most of Kirana store owners are working from their homes from where they sell Vegetables, Fruits and Groceries. But they are working in closed shops (shutters are down) instead of ventilated shops. Virus spreads more easily in closed shops.
Why does every decision of Government lack any logic or scientific planning?

This varies from location to location. In my area medical shops can remain open 24*7 if they want to.
One Grocery Shop owner was taken to police custody today for opening the shop. Whereas Meat Sellers are still opened
Kirana is opened from 6am to 6pm. Medicines shops are opened till 8pm
Atleast in my area.
Today they did one good thing is that the have closed the vegetable mandi where people were gathering in large numbers
