i guess caffeine is very much present in the tea , cola and coffee that we consume on daily basis and shouldn’t be alien to our body .
Then why did I feel restless and nervous after consuming it to feel how it kicks in.
was it because it was my first experience with it .

anyone with first hand review of caffeine pills https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_rolleyes.gif https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_rolleyes.gif

Caffeine is diuretic. Having caffeine before workout would lead to dehydration.

@aapkepapahaihum Caffeine is a stimulant that many bodybuilders take to be able to workout longer and harder. And, yes, new caffeine users do feel jittery for the first few days (actual time varies from person to person). However, you will soon build a tolerance and you’ll have to up the dosage to get the same effect. As you can imagine, it’ll become a never ending cycle.

I would recommend you to stay away from caffeine capsules (see chat for reasons specific to you) and simply take a cup of black coffee half an hour before the workout if you feel lethargic.

If you workout, you have to take adequate amount of fluids before irrespective of caffeine intake.

@OP I often drink a large cup of black coffee before workout on cardio days. Works wonder for me. That amount of caffeine is enough for me.
