Earlier one customer care executive used to quickly solve our query and send feedback link afterwards.
Now if you chat with any cce, he or she will try to dodge around and persist to arrange for a callback from another agent. And both of them will send feedback link. So much tricks for their Annual Performance Evaluation?? 😁

Yes true too much callbacks
And now the quality of the cce’s have degraded a lot
They struggle to speak/write proper English
Sometimes I feel as if I’m the cce helping the actual cce
