[Help]Amazon pending dispatch

I have placed an order for IFB microwave oven on monday(1-feb) with Amazon. Till now they didn’t dispatch the item. I tried speaking to their CC but they are telling some excuses each and every time and asking me to wait for another 24hrs. Its an Amazon fullfilled item. All other e-com sites except Amazon don’t have delivery in my Pin code and the local stores are asking Rs.2500 more than the online stores. Anybody have any idea to tackle the situation and force Amazon to hobour my order?

Don’t worry. They will deliver. Sometimes takes a little time to arrange delivery. Particularly since its a large item.
and in the rare case they fail to deliver (happened with me once) they not only refund the money but also gives a little something extra in compensation.
Have faith… 
You can contact seller through the mail in the order section there is an option to contact the same and can asked the status of the order.
Happened with me once but it was few months back.
Most of the times they do reply. You can try that!!
Your order will be shipped in few days…i also ordered a microwave(amz full.) few days back,they shipped after 4 days.
