Help: Jio unlimited data activation

I have upgraded from Netconnect + to reliance jio 4g. After contacting reliance customer care on twitter i got some free data. Now data is over, when i try to find out my number using *1# i’m not getting any reply about my number. On contacting them on twitter, they said me to goto reliance store to recharge it! I only have is 19 digit sim number.. Is it possible to activate unlimited data in this sim?
