Help! MakeMyTrip Mycash Expiring

Hello all,
I had about ₹2000 Mycash in my MakeMyTrip Wallet which I had received from MMT Doubleback Scheme.
The ₹2000 Mycash balance was supposed to get expired by March end and I had a planned trip on 7th April and had booked a hotel for the same.
Everything was going well until this COVID19 which caused lockdown so I had no option but to cancel my trip.
MakeMyTrip however is adamant that they’ll not refund the Mycash balance as it’s post it’s expiration period and they don’t care if it’s lockdown or not as it’s against their policy. There’s no way to escalate this and even no e-mail ID (pretty surprised replies to e-mail are contact us via chat)!
As it’s a family trip, I can’t change dates of booking too as it’s very much unpredictable when everyone will be free next.
Is there anyone who can help me know how to make use of this Mycash in case they refund it for 1-2 days except for travel bookings like in any form of voucher or something?
I don’t think anyone is booking flights these days too else I’d have booked for them and it’d be a win win situation for both of us

They are saying they won’t refund the Mycash balance as it was promotional balance obtained from mmt black program at most they may give 1 week validity 
I have 1000Rs Pizza Hit voucher which I got from SBI, ITS Expirimg this April 28th wat can I do ( How are other peope whose vouchers cudnt be used solving this situation.
Ask provider to increase the Validity due to Covid-19
If u had cancelled a booking… Those mycash refunds don’t expire at all I believe… That’s what their policy is… Question them in that way!
