Help needed for JIO sim

Hi guys…
2 days back I brought 2 JIO sim card and it was activated.
I am having 2 RN3 phones.
I inserted sim cards into phones.
But in both phones, network is not available.
please help

for this go to settings——-mobile networks —-APN
RN3 is VoLTE enabled and Jio should work directly. No need for Jio4GVoice (JioJoin) app.
It supports LTE in both slots but only one at a time. I am using 4G in SIM2.
Make sure
SIM is activated from back end
Settings>SIM card settings>Jio SIM>Prefered Network is set to LTE
Settings>SIM Card settings>Default Settings>Internet is set to Jio
Settings>Mobile data is on
Settings>SIM card settings>Data roaming is Always
APN is correctly set
In my sim only data is working. I made few calls and sent SMS yesterday after inserting it in my phone for the first time. But now that number is not existent when called. Sim is taken in AP and using it in KA. Any suggestions?

Srt i think ur sim are not activated yet. Cn u pls tell u hw u judged that sims are activated?? U cn call ur cc and confirm

Jio has network issues restart ur ph, call cc ,ask to activate volte or use jio calling app
