i think you are booting in recovery mode,you will need to download the update and install it from sd card.

keep it off n completely dry first then only proceed with trying

There might be little moisture inside the phone so keep it in rice bowl for 1 day else it might dmg the internal parts,then proceed with downloading the 6.0 update of k3 note from xda,and save it as update.zip inside the sd card,now start the device and use volume keys to navigate and power button to select,choose install an update and do the update.if you still dunno how to do it,msg me tomorrow after the phone is completely dried.

There were many many threads here where it has clearly been mentioned that once water goes inside the phone, you should never try to restart the phone untill you are sure that water is dried out. Water and electricity can not be friends. I did the same like you and lost a huge amount.
