Help Needed !! Regarding Grofers Paytm Offer

On Jan 13, I order some items from Grofers and paid via paytm wallet in which i applied 20% Code in Grofers app. (New User Code)
I got delivered the items on Jan 14 in which i didn’t received one product worth Rs 114, delivery boy said you will get refund within 1-2 days.
Today I checked i had received Rs 38.7 (48-9.30) only in paytm wallet.
( Rs 48 = Restored against failed order and Rs 9.30 = Cashback Reversed )
By calculation, I have to received Rs 72.96 ( 114-20% = 91.2 then 91.2-20% = 72.96 )
So, Can anyone tell me i am missing something ? or i have to contact CC ?

look in details of ur order, and check if it’s mentioned there that the item was cancelled or not?
also, then contact customer care and tell them the situation, that will probably solve the issue
is paytm cashback still available? or only mobikwik offer?
