help needed regarding snapdeal defective chair

i pucrchased a revolving chair from snapdeal …got delivered on 23rd oct …opened box after 3-4 days (was busy somewhat) n after 2 days use one leg brocken….without any excess weight….no body other then me used it n m barely 58-60kg…now after diwali when i opend snapdeal the return window is closed ..as its 7 days only….kindly help what to do.
