Help needed - TATA CLIQ fraud

HI Dimers,

I have raised a complaint againest TATA CLIQ around 1.5 months back , they are not providing any solution.The issue is

They have given buy 2 get 1 offer for which i have purchased certain item , now they have not provided the 3rd item and cancelled it. when i asked for refund they told me its free item hence no refund , I asked either to provide the item of slimier price or return 1/3 of amount but they are keep saying- we are working on it.

In buy 2 get 1 free scheme t, their system has marked one item as free by default and they are not providing any refund for that.

I need your help to get resolution of the issue. Please let me know appropriate forum/portal where i can raise complaint against them OR is there any way to file consumer complaint online. I have purchased the deal due to buy 2 get 1 free item

I have also posted on their facebook page , shall i get likes on the complaint to get resolution ??
