Help needed to create account in Whirlpool.net.au and/or Mybroadband.co.za

In case of the former after entering my email address I never receive any registration email. Tried with Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail accounts and various VPN services but to no avail. In case of the latter the bloody security questions are driving me bonkers.
I have some issues with my ZTE 4g LTE dongle which have been addressed in detail in these forums but I need some more info. Does anyone have any idea how to register or better yet post them on my behalf? Thanks.

I did mention above in order to gather some more info. I believe 4pda.ru has all of my questions already answered but Google Translate is really awful when it comes to technical stuff and I dont want to end up with a useless brick.
