Help Regarding A order at Flipkart via SBI Credit Card

Hi friends i need help regarding a mobile order that I placed on Flipkart via my SBI credit card in last sale.
My SBI credit card total limit is 80000 and it linked with my SBI account so on billing date the amount automatically get charged from account.
I placed a order worth 13000 but due to lockdown after 15 days i cancel my order Flipkart promised to give refund before 4 April and my billing date is 6 April But they not refunded amount when i chat them (as no call option now) they replied that there have some problem and i will get refund in next 20 days around 25 April.
As of now yesterday my Sbi credit card amount get debited from my SBI account and full 80000 limit again available for use.
This happen with me first time i have question what i lost refund money or where will i get my refund ?
I hear that Flipkart have no Liability if bank already charged you before refund please help what to do sorry for my abcd English not good at it

Not to worry, it will added to your available limit, i.e 80000+13000(Refund) = 93,000.
If you spend 13000 again in this month, then next month you need not to pay since already paid extra.
You can ask for manual refund to your bank account from Flipkart. Tell them since promised date was elapsed and Credit card billing cycle over, due to this reason you already made payment. Tell them seriously, if refund is in not into Bank account, then you will file case in Consumer court for the issue.
After the refund after 20 days from flipkart you credit card amount will go to -13000 so whenever u order anything from credit card it will be automatically adjusted. Becoz u already paid 13k bill from ur side. That refund amount credits back to credit card with – balance.
Don’t pay credit card payment after credit Flipkart amount then call you SBI cc and SBI creat a request your payment related and your interest or fine waived.
Same incident happened with me 1 year ago.. No need to worry that amount will be added up by sbi into your current limit.
You will get refund in your Credit Card , you can use the balance for next purchase.
I was supposed to recieved refund on 23rd March. Don’t know how to followup with Fk. acc was created by taking OTP from OTP seller.
What was the offer on new account?
Send an email to Flipkart for the refund and reference number for refund.
Also register the complaint with National Consumer Helpline through website or call at 1800114000.
Also register your complaint to SBI card using subject “Demand for Charge back for undelivered/Cancelled product”
(The charge back facility is provided by Visa/Mastercard within 6 months if service or product is not send/supplied by merchant).
SBI Card will ask you for a written communication (screenshot) proof for refund with Flipkart.
SBI will first give you a temporary credit and after that they will investigate the matter and refund full amount.
I am also stuck in this situation. I was to get a refund in my SBI credit card yesterday, but didn’t get yet. How to file chargeback?
Fk is not telling any refund reference number
they r saying seller has not updated
it would be very difficult or almost impossible to follow up with bank without a reference number
They should provide a reference number
You will get the money in your CC as Credit and then you can use it.
