Tracking shows the following after reaching India :-
1/23/2013 9:40:00 AM INDIA KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO Receive item at office of exchange (Inb)

Does anyone have idea how long it will take for the item (Android Mini-PC MK808) to return from Kolkata customs. I am from Bhubaneswar. I rang Kolkata PO and asked them about the usual timeframe and they said they can’t say anything. It depends on the customs dept. how long will they take for clearance.
Any info in this regard is appreciated. I found few complaints about Kolkata customs on the web. Some of the parcels took 2-3 months for clearance

Can someone help with any other tracking site infor. And does the above status mean that my package has reached Kolkata? Can anyone share helpline nos.
it has reached ghaziabad today and you should get in day or two.

Previously i tried to track my packages on Indiapost itself but never used to show detailed tracking however details were showed on ipsweb . Strange tracking is working on IndiaPost too 
my post from japan also got stuck in customs last one week. it have some documents for my japanese visa. I am worried that it will not reach me in proper time. my joining date is in november 2014. can anyone help me or give some clue how to fasten the process.

for 1200 rs product from aliexprss, they’re asking 600 rs custom, as the product is important to me and urgent so paid 600 rs to indian post ..
lazy beggars of India is india post, even they charge customs still they deleiver after 2 months ?

if the product price is below 1000 rs means, i receive in 1 month and no custom charges, but still 1 month is too late
they don’t pick up! i have been trying to call this number for the past week!
Bought an IEM from Gearbest in Sep, it item was not traceable for a long time and then I filed for refund it didn’t reach me after 2 months. Out of curiosity I tried to track it today and found that the tracking says ‘Transferred to Customs’ on 4th OCT! 
But still whereabouts of the item or in which custom is it really.
Only 1 out of 5 orders arrive to my house when I order from Aliexpress.
Hello everyone, did anyone of you received your parcel yet? I ordered a Lenovo vibe mobile about 6 days ago, and 17tack shows held by customs, I told seller to write 25$ as labelled price, I now realized that I made a mistake, I should have disclosed original amount of 100$ , the number of consignment is RB139348355SG , from Singapore post, will they hold it , like forever and ultimately auction it or will I receive my item in Delhi? *Did it happened to anyone of you, please help me out, any one, thanks for reading.! *
Don’t fret mitra. It was held by customs in origin country and was released immediately afterwards, which is normal. Your item has not yet attracted any attention from Indian officials. 
First, thanks for replying, yes i shall wait for a. Week, but mysterious fact is that I can’t track my consignment on Indian post website anymore…..Can you tell why so? Lol, did the custom official liked the phone and kept it with him/her hahaha. Second, yeah I ordered via AliExpress, and as always, there is always loot on that site, only if the friggin item reaches you. Mine was Lenovo vibe p1 c58 , over 110$ . One more thing, should I call the Kolkata custom after a week? If there is still no record in India post by then? Many thanks for replying.

This is 17track’s report. It says arrival at destination post AFTER held by customs, should I interpret it as cleared by customs? Because the time interval is 2 minutes. Lol. Thanks for replying 
It hasn’t yet arrived in IN. You should be able to track it on IN-post as and when it arrives here. So just chill for a week or so.
Buddy I was able to see it yesterday on Indian post website , today the website seems to be hacked or something, or maybe the govt employee is on holiday today(Xmas) , look closely, it says 24-12-2016 arrival at destination (IN) so it has arrived. Thanks again for replying.
They’re having issues with ipsweb server sometimes it’s showing and sometimes showing 500 internal server error.. It was down for two days this week.. I have been waiting for 2 parcels.. Anyways now it has been delivered but site is sometimes down.. And updating also not real-time.. They updating lately
