Despite of being a shopping/cashback/recharge site, their customer service is worst.
Is anyone aware on how long it takes to resolve any issue? 10 days, 20 days, month?? Koi to deadline hoga……
I understand that they are just burning by giving cash back. However, just for 20, 50 or 100 Rs cashback, I visualize huge risk also. As they track each and every activity we do through our mobile device.

Secondly, they are trying to read device by giving more cashback. I am not sure on why despite of too many negative comments on DD itself, I can see their deals being promoted on regular basis.
This company was AKOSA before. Considering business model of AKOSA, their team (including founder) should have more idea on policies. Its surprising, the way they treat customers..
