The Gujarat government issued a notification asking restaurants and hotels to remove “no entry” signs so that customers can enter their kitchens and inspect the level of hygiene.
The FDCA also asked restaurant and hotel owners to install transparent glass on kitchen doors so that customers can peek from outside.
A fine of ₹1 lakh will be imposed if the directives are not followed within two weeks.

i only remember one swad restaurant following this transparent glass kitchen next to seating arrangement. employees were wearing apron , masks as well hair guard like shower cap or whatever called .

I got a sensitive stomach and half my swiggy orders end up with upset stomach. Made me a good cook though, lol.
This shall be implemented everywhere, but how they would enforce with cloud kitchens that is a matter of problem
