How do I ask sbi for transaction details?

As I looked into my online sbi transaction history, I notice 2 transactions debited to amazon but only those days I didn’t even buy or recharge anything and I even checked my sms and there were no bank otp sms either! I thoroughly checked and there was nothing I paid for those amount!
I’m so confused and scared how these transactions even done and who knows if there were earlier such transaction made.
How to ask sbi to give further details on those transactions and if possible return my money?

well is there anyway to get my money back?? and I always have read private banks like axis/hdfc, etc scamming money from accounts but if an old reputed bank like sbi is not secure then where I save money? Home is not option otherwise govt will scream kala dhaan, no matter how measly the amount is… :/

yes i can hack your sbi account.. and drain out not only your money but your all relatives and friends money as well whose numbers are stored in your phonebook.

Better look at ur Amazon order history and match with amount deducted from SBI account
SBI is safe and ask for OTP before any transaction

Remember one Indian idol runner up contestant’s money was taken out from her sbi account 2 years back from one of Guwahati branch. The money was not recovered. It’s sad cuz she was a child from a lower income family.
How much is the amount?? Are there any RECURRING payments by CC/Dc?? For amazon pantry.
Sbi netbanking statements u get a short description of txn with refference txn no. Check that ref. No. With amazon via CC
One amt is 102, the other is 283. I checked every amazon transaction but there was no such amount either bought or recharge and I didn’t even do any transactions on those particular days – 1st march and 23rd march ):
I checked from this month till december last year and no such other ghost transaction happened, excluding these two.
Its scary tho what if the amount increased 😢
some times when you txn on Amazon on Sunday and Monday/Tuesday too holiday then that particular txn date will be Wednesday/Thursday…in Bank stmt.
So match with Amazon txns and other purchases where AmazonPay is used, also you may have used Apay+SBI in that case actual purchase value is not 102/-..so u have to match with all txns during those days+/-4days.
I too felt the same and after rigorous reconciliation found to be my txn which I totally forgot. And now I maintain a ledger in Excel

I don’t know why would anyone hack your account for such small amounts. First check if anyone from your family has done these transactions. Otherwise visit the branch tomorrow.
What kind of transaction is it upi, debit? I don’t think Amazon India could charge someone without otp.
Register complaint with Amazon, give them transaction id
All Amazon sites uses same login credentials.. I would also suggest to login to amazon.com and check transactions..
I changed password on amazon.in and could not login to amazon.com since that also changed even though I wanted 2 separate logins which is not possible.. Unless I want to use 2 different email’s..
Raise a complaint if you think they are unauthorised/fraudulent transactions, most probably they are not. No payment goes thru without otp or ATM pin (few sites) SBI or any otr bank for that matter is safe. I’ve had instances where money was deducted after a few days(doesn’t show in available balance but in ledger balance)
sbi is no more secure…there security has lots of vulnerabilities
