how do this mobile reviewers make money ??

We often see vids of mobile reviews and they make money by views using YouTube monetization policy by placing ads in their vids ..
But how much do they get paid per ad ??
And the ads are cancellabe so if viewers cancel it still do they get paid ??
Wht are ways other than views by which they earn money ??

they do so but affiliate earnings are too rare too sponsor them !!
did search abt this topic and found out that they have certain sponsors who provide them free handset for unboxing and even for use sometimes to provide indepth reviews (for eg Faizal communications of hyd in case of geekyranjit)
