How much Time Payumoney takes to refund for a disputed transaction

I had placed an order on 16th Feb and today i got refund in Payu account.. (Dispute was raised on 19th Feb)

Thanks buddy for replying… In my case I had placed order on 15th Feb and raised dispute on 15th Feb itself…. still no refund… Everytime they reply that they are in touch with merchant and need more time to refund the amount….

Payumoney first try to solve dispute from buyer and seller if seller not ressolved dispute they warn. Seller thrice agar phr b ni kiya tab refund milega this process may b take up to 15 days

Payumoney has still not refunded my money even after 3 weeks+… They are asking me to take a legal action as they are not able to reach the seller…

I had raised the dispute within 2 hours of placing the order…
I have been calling them almost regularly…
I’ve replied to all their calls/mails…

I’ve dropped mails with all information to cyber crime police hyderabad, bangalore and Jharkhand… but like all other other Govt. departments it’s also good for nothing…

Tried to call Bangalore cyber police on the numbers provided on their website but only once I was successful to get a reply and that guy also gave me another number to dial and the same story again, bell is ringing and no-one responds…

I’ll visit the cyber crime Bangalore office on this Saturday (as it’s pretty far from my location) and will try to get the FIR registered… If anyone has any contacts kindly guide/help me….

A small update….

I went to Carlton house (Cyber crime PS in bangalore) this saturday, but unfortunately they were closed on 2nd saturdays… will go again on day after tomorrow….

Also I checked with HDFC bank regarding that transaction, and they have assured me of a proper action, I’ll give them the card-holder dispute form by 1/2 days….

P.S. I’m not posting here for any green smileys…. the only reason for posting here is to find out a way if we can do anything to such frauds…. and maybe in future any fellow member gets benefitted…

Forgot to add the Final update… Maybe useful for some…

Went to Carlton house (Cyber crime PS in bangalore) again on Monday, I had taken printouts of all mails from/to Shopiwo and the mails I had sent to different ID’s of Bangalore/Karnataka cyber cells…. Met couple of guys there and finally reached the cyber cell department (it’s the last building there).. The guy there listened to me carefully and finally answered that he cant’ do anything as the amount is less than Rs. 5 Lacs… I requested him showing him all the proofs and finally he told that he will look into this… and asked me to leave…

Anyways I filed a chargeback with my HDFC bank also, after 2 days I got a call from someone about my complaint and after verifying the details, they disconnected the call… I received an SMS after approx 1 hr of call that the money is directly credited to my Payumoney account….

To be frank, I really dont’ know whether it was bank/or the police/ or God who helped me in this… but all is well that ends well…
