how to activate ICICI gift card

So nobody had any idea on this???

I need this info as well. Anyone?:-?

@newdduser I called up Infibeam CC. They told the card will be automatically activated within 7 days of delivery. As I got the card yday they asked me to check it after a few days. if not call them back again. So had to check it after some days

Even my cards are not activated
Its been now more than 2 weeks
These idiots dont even respond to mails
Worst customer service

i have spent more than 100 rupees in calling infibeam cc everytime they respond me wait for 24 hours worst cc service

Even mine was not activated., can we file for PAYUMONEY buyer protection, either card gets activated or money will be returned

Not yet…. I received only card… no pin or nothing…
when i try to activate on icici web site, it asks for Date of Birth which i never supplied as part of this order.
Wrote an email to customer support and will follow the dispute process if they do not respond in 1-2 days.
Dont want to waste time/money by calling.
Shouldnt have purchased from this crappy site with no insturctions, its a risk knowingly taken.

I again called them up and blasted them saying that it’s more then a week and this is 3rd time I am calling them. & I said either activate it or cancel the order…. Then within an hour I got msg to my mobile that the card got activated

mine also not yet activated…what we can do it make it activated?

If we know the seller like GCI for amex …we can call them directly to activate our cards.

Call them up & place a request for activation. Wait for two days.,

call them up again after two days., now blast them saying it’s more then a week and activate it ASAP or cancel the order., within a short span cards will get activated

Their avg turnaround time for gift cards is 2-3 weeks. You will get delivery after 2-3 weeks from order date.

Cards got activated., but when I try to use it online it’s asking ‘Date of Birth’ to create VBV password. We didn’t given any DOB while placing order,

When I called Infibeam, they are saying cards are still not activated, but I got sms saying cards got activated & the amount loaded to card!!!!

Seems the all the amount save had to been spent on making calls to CC.

My Axis card has been dispatched by infibeam.

Mine one shipped, one cancelled !
They tried to contact me thinking I placed duplicate order (in duration of 5 mins) !
And I was never reachable (Secondary mail/contact) !

Let’s hope they come pre activated not like that ICICI thing !
