How to Buy from Aliexpress

As many of you have experience buying from aliexpress, Please provide a detail guide on based on your experience with the store.
My Lady friend wants to buy some Korean Tops (Clothing) from the store (NaG NaG NaG) and I also want some electronics all under 50$. I have some question regarding:
1. Custom Taxes (If its well under 50$ will there any Custom Taxes I should be aware of_)
2. Shipping (_How long does it take to ship and deliver. And do they provide tracking numbers)
3. Delivery (Via Indian Post/EMS or some other Services)
Please Fire away your experiences below… Do’s and Don’t

1 Custom Taxes No charges (I bought 60$ in one order) The send as gift
2. Shipping (20-45 days max at my location)
3. Delivery (Normal post , Tracking post , china air mail , Sweden air mail, seller method)

Well I know cloths are very good on that site but remember all Products are chinese….
And ask seller every time to provide valid Tracking code Otherwise Dont buy
Delivery: free shipping 30-60 days, my friend ordered USB fan and delivered after 25 days
