purchased it and there were too many people in the shop
it will be delivered by someone tomorrow
how to disinfect or what can be done to be safe from corona virus ?
the sack will be lying ideal for 7-15 days in godown
ps- yeah I might sound paranoid, but when people are dying you have to be little paranoid

sun dry the sack for few days and then remove the grains from the sack n dry those for few days.

but before that the sack will be lying ideal in godown for 7-15 days

Put it water, add some jaggery for sanitization.
Keep it for few days, you will see bubbles forming in it, this is a good sign.
After few days distil it. For exact process get help of @OnlineBewda
I am sure no virus will survive in it. You can also wash your hands with this solution.

P.S. To get other answer, put your hand immediately after grinding the wheat in freshly grinded floor and if you get your 
burnt don’t blame me that I didn’t warned.

ok so received it today
keeping the sack in sun for 2-3 days
will then wash and sun dry the grains
have small flour mill at home to make flour out of it
also gave masks and some money to the persons who delivered it
