A custom method 
If you have shared webhosting with decent space:
1. Install ownCloud from softaculous.
2. Now use http://r...it to download all videos over rabb.it and then upload them back on your ownCloud storage(your web-hosting space)
3. Now on your local computer just download all the stuff by selecting all files within owncloud and click download all >> Now download with just one click

If you do not have shared hosting, try free cloud storage services.
I think you can use google drive as well, but i am not sure whether you can combine all files while downloading with idm

You may use cloudflare as well to cache static files
U can download entire playlist too. Speed is as good as IDM and will run silently on backgoud. u can set quality u like and select from which numbr u want to dwnload in playlst.

@Original Too much work for the same returns.
Like I mentioned above, “4K video downloader” already has the IDM functionality of multi-threaded downloads. So why go through all the hassle just to be able to download via IDM?
A VPS or something like Zbigz or ByteBx makes sense for torrents if your ISP throttles them. But no need of such a setup for downloading Youtube videos, especially since “4K video downloader” already does the job of IDM.

Thanks for clarifying, initially as when op asked I thought YouTube caps speed, so I recommended this method.
If YouTube isn’t capping speeds then there is no sense going through my steps.
But my method is all good if you want to combine downloads in one file and believe me it hardly takes 5 minutes to download dozens of files over Rabb.it and uploading them back to ur own storage
