How to enable voice input as a hotkey or shortcut in keyboard for windows 10 ??

Its there on the Touch keyboard or Onscreen keyboard in windows 10
But I want a keyboard shortcut or button assigned for this function. Any idea how to do ??
Tried searching on google but didnt get the matching keywords so in vain

It works but the voice recognition is terrible compared to that. Basically rendered unusable
