How to get married in lockdown ?

My friend was supposed to get married this month, but plans were sidelined due to lockdown.
Now he thinks he should not wait till lockdown ends.
Any method by which he can marry online and obtain copy of marriage certificate?

Ask them to get married with few people under precaution. Make a marriage invitation card(can be printed later also but mostly they see it) , video, photo, or call local tv channel. They will get trp and you will get proof.
Just take that photo, video, newspaper article, channel footage after lockdown and get the marriage registered. It is not necessary to do it immediately. Till then enjoy married life.
But I think lockdown is worst time to get married as both have to live 24/7 together.

Mostly impossible, as happened this with my friends family, marriage was plained and date was fixed before 1 months, but due to corona Lockdown the notice was issued the family not to do marriage, sinces all arrangements were done, the girls father contacted ias offer of that village was there in his office for whole day requesting him to grant permission, finally only 1 hrs was given to girls father to do the marriage.

My sister’s marriage was also planned on 17th April but we have postponed it until condition gets better.
I think this is not the right time to go out of way for any such thing and try to put other life in danger. They should wait and stay home especially if he is in hotspot zone.

I am not eligible to judge someone in such situations.
They have not recovered money from mandapams and decorators due to some issues.
