How to loose belly fat ?

Hi,
I am 32 year old male, I am doing workout since the age of 23, that time I had perfect body shape (i.e Weight 78kg).
I have stopped eating all kind of junk food, still I am not loosing weight. My current weight is 85-86kg, height: 177, waist:35, Fat : 21-22%. Going gym 5 days a week, doing cardio of 20min on speed of 5-6 plus all upper body exercises. 90min gyming, But now I look like Govinda, Sunny deol (i.e Actor). I look bulky. My shoulder, arms looke perfect. But most bad looking part of my body is belly area.
Neither I smoke, nor alcohol.
My current daily diet is like this :
7am : Lukewarm water (with dabur honey, wheatgrass powder, lemon, Apple cider vinegar)
7:30: Gym with 200mg caffeine pills as pre workout
9:30: Mixed Juice 1 glass ( amla, apple,carrot, beetroot, orange)
10am: Breakfast (4brown bread, butter, 2egg omelette, 1cup tea with jaggery) (sometime oats with milk)
12pm: one small apple, (sometime 1pc Kachodi outside office once/twice a week)
2pm : Lunch (2 plain roti, daal, sabji) sometime chicken gravy 1-2 times a week
4pm : Green Tea + 1Tbsp- Aloe Vera Juice
7pm: Grilled chicken or paneer tikka
9pm: Vegetable Soup or Daliya with vegetables
I do weight training- Chest, arms, shoulder of medium weight, not so heavy. And daily 30min of cardio of walking, running, cross training cycle etc.
Now guys, tell me, what could be the problem here, why I am not loosing weight ?? My butts, thighs, legs are slim. Only belly area looks so weird. What to do to loose weight or fat ? What kind of workout, diet I should follow ? Do I need to go thyroid test ? Or this is the sign of aging. Previously I was really good looking because of my lean & muscular physique, but Now I am loosing confidence.

@ kool. I haven’t followed whole thread. But I have noticed 2 main points.
*Too much simple carbs in your diet. 4 bread/daliya/milk is too much.
*Too much suger. Fruits, jaggery etc
*Less protein: Minimum your protein content should be 1.5-2 times your weight. All I see some chicken or paneer. Whey would be a great addition.

4 Breads is fine. Breakfast should always be heavy. Dinner should be light as we go to bed after that.
I am also in same situation belly fat There is no spot reducing so you have to reduce weight from your whole body.
Make healthy habits guys. Don’t try to crash your system. Go that extra mile. Yoga will boost your firmware, Exercise ll boost your hardware, healthy foods ll give you necessary fuel. Your shape will become good after a while,if conditions are met. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 Don’t stress out guys. You didn’t get fat in 25-30 days, don’t hope to lose them in 15-30 days. Give it time. You gonna thank yourself in future for this.

Diet plans are temporary, change your lifestyle
I have same issue. However my height is 182 cm. I have larger belly than yours. In mid of Jan my weight was 90kgs. Then I started intermittent fasting 16:8. In the beginning it was painful. But later I never felt bad, I was more energetic and focused. Now i weigh 82.5kg’s i.e. On 4th March. Yoga and excercise both neede
Bhai morning me ankurit anaj aur boiled egg white khaya Karo aur breakfast me daliya , fruits kha liya Karo, lunch me sirf 4 roti aur sabji, lassi etc and evening me phir 2 roti sabji kha lo, aur night me sirf dudh pi ke so jao
Apple vinegar Accha hai uska BHI use Karo aur Kam se Kam 3 se 4 litres Pani piyo
Haan ab oily Chiz mat Khao aur green tea , different types ke fruit juice, mix juice in sabko avoid Karo daily grilled chicken aur paneer tikka khaoge to patle kaise hoge Bhai, evening me roti me sath chicken ya paneer kha lo aur kachauri se due raho
Agar mote ho rahe ho to samjh lo tumhari body fit hai, thoda BHI Khana tumhare body me lag rahi hai, isliye thoda Kam Khao bhai, Sahi me bahut khate pite ho dost, Jo tum abhi le rahe ho wo Salman khan ke 3 din Ka dose hai ye
I lost 17kgs in 3-4 months few years ago. Went from 86 to 69.
All only by running/walking (5kms, 5 days a week) and barely doing 15 mins of yoga poses for belly after the running. I never went to gym.
I did no diet. I ate whatever I wanted, even junk. Mostly rice items for all meals. But I only limited the amount I ate to a bit less than what I used to eat normally. But I drank a lot of water.
I was fit and in shape for a few years after that even without doing anything because of work pressure.
Now I don’t control eating and haven’t ran or did yoga in years and I am back to 86kgs
I would definitely eat something like dried fruits before workout.
When I’ve been looking for useful tips and recommendations about pre-workout food, I’ve searched for dozens of websites, but only few websites can give pretty nice options and tips how to make your pre-workout meal without spending a lot of time or energy. I like it, cause it was written by professional dietitian.
