How to redeem PayUMoney Points?

Hi everyone,

I have some PayUMoney Points accumulated in my account but whatever PayUMoney transaction I make I never get an option to redeem/use those points as part of the payment.

How exactly do I redeem them?

this is something which I too baffled with. Even if we select Payumoney, it does not give option to redeem points everywhere but I remember using point somewhere. Maybe Grofers I guess. Will let u know if I get to know.

That will be great man. If I am not wrong the points could have been redeemed with any transaction earlier but these days I am not getting such option itself.

I think you will have to reach certain points till it start to appear when you make a payment, not sure but i feel it could be that way, to avoid frequent redemption of points when making payments ,but again payu cc can confirm this though.

They have converted it into wallet money. So you have convert points to wallet and then you could use that even they changed from discount to cash back.
