How to Register your own company!!!

hey guys..need your help.. i am planning to startup my own business in e commerce field. But for that i need to register a company. i tried to read various blogs and articles…but didnt find it much useful. can someone clear this point wise.
1. what is the detail procedure to register a company on my mom’s name. can i register the same company not only in e commerce field but also in some other sector as education, retail, or any other sector which i can later think of expanding.
2. once registered how can i control the company on my name ( power of attorny) as my mom lives in differnet city. i cant just go to her for her signatures for everything.
3. total cost on the entire process.
please someone explain in very detailed manner as am a layman..registeration is to be done in delhi.

For that u need to take advice from cma/ca then u have to draft moa and aoa and submit to registrar of companies which can be done online these days u need to appoint a director first and 2 members also needed or u can also form one person company under companies act 2013

Yes thats why its opc for normal private company its 2 members also there is some restriction in opc like if u earn more than a certain threshold than ur company will convert to normal company with 2 members

A CA would be a best bet for u… find a person (CA) whom u can trust… he will help u thru the process easily…
And remember in financial matters never have blind trust on closest of your knowns…
